JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA) offers a streamlined and transparent admission process designed to ensure that prospective students can easily apply and secure admission to their desired class. Our admission procedure is aimed at identifying and enrolling talented individuals who are committed to academic excellence and personal growth.

Procedure for Admission:

1. Download or Collect Admission Form:

   • Online admission: Visit the official website of JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA). Navigate to the admissions section where you can fill the admission form directly.

   • Collect from Admission Department: Alternatively, you can visit the admission department of JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA) in person to collect the admission form. There may be a prescribed fee associated with obtaining the form directly from the JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA).

   • During collecting the offline admission form please provide 50.00 rupees to admission department.

2.  Filling Out the Admission Form:
      Once you have the admission form, fill it out completely and accurately. Provide all required information as indicated on the form.

3. Submission of Documents:
   Along with the admission form, prepare and submit the necessary documents. These typically include –

a.      Birth certificate of candidate

b.      Aadhar card of candidate

c.       Aadhar card of parents

d.      Qualification documents of parents

e.      4 copy photo with proper uniform

N.B. - All will be Xerox copy

4. Application Fee:
   Pay the prescribed application fee when submitting the admission form. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your application.

5. Submission Process:
   Submit the completed admission form and all required documents either online (if applicable) or physically to the admission department of JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA). Ensure you meet any specified deadlines.

6. Application Review:
   JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA)’s admission committee will review your application, including your academic background, documents, and any additional requirements such as entrance exams or interviews (if applicable).

7. Admission Decision:
   After reviewing your application, JNB MEMORIAL ACADEMY (JMA) will notify you of their admission decision. This may include an acceptance, rejection on a waiting list.

8. Acceptance and Enrolment:
   If accepted, follow the instructions provided in the acceptance letter or email. Complete enrolment procedures, including paying tuition fees, submitting additional documents if required, and registering for courses.
